Tohoku-IMEC Seminar 2015

4th Tohoku-IMEC Seminar was held in Graduate School of Engineering, Tohoku University on November 13, 2015. The seminar was annually held alternately by Tohoku University and IMEC [Link to 2014 seminar] based on Strategic Partnership, which was signed in 2012 in the presence of his Royal Highness Prince (King at present) Philippe of Belgium, after Prof. Tanaka’s residence in IMEC from September 2010 to March 2011. In this year, we welcomed 6 researchers from IMEC including Senior Vice-president and CTO, Dr. Jo De Boeck. From Tohoku University, 7 professors including Prof. Tanaka presented their recent works [Program]. Assoc. Prof. Muroyama served as a session chair. The seminar room was almost full with audience. After the sessions, a laboratory tour to Sugawa and Kuroda Laboratory at NICHe and Microsystem Integration Center was conducted. Finally, we sincerely thank Prof. Kumi Inoue (Matsue Laboratory and COI) and Mr. Takoshima, who made great contributions to organize the seminar.
